I have submitted my claim on 12/10/2020 & waiting for last 5 months. Mr, .B.K.Bhardwaj assuring every time but fail to resolve. More than 20 mails has been exchange but result is NIL. find below reference of deposit.

Fixed deposit money not refunding
Dear sir,
I had done a FD of Rs 18000/ in Morepen lab on 17.12.2002 which was due for maturity on 17.12.03.
The maturity amount was Rs 19869/. My FD no was DL2DX53940.
I have already submitted FD for refund but inspite of too many reminders, they are not refunding my money back.
Pl help as I urgently need money for my childrens education.

Service for Defective Product
I brought a Digital BP Monitor from Morepen (BP3BG1). This instrument worked properly for 1 week and then it started malfunctioning. This was brought from Indiatimes Shopping Website.
I registered a complaint with Morepean @ their Services Support [protected], said that I will contacted for getting the instrument fixed. There started the ordeal, till date nobody has come forth to get this instrument replaced or corrected.
