I purchased morning walker through morningwalkerinfia.com/ [protected].
The product was delivered as damaged and for last 4/5 days i have been trying to get a replacement which isn't happening. No one answers the call and the attitude of the employees is so bad and unprofessional. Worst company ever to buy the product and they are more expansive than the other suppliers as well.
Worst experience to buy online....

NO WARRANTY - NO INVOICE

I purchased a Morning Walker on 2.10.12, which was delivered on 3.10.12 via COD.
To my surprise on opening the package i neither found a Invoice nor a warranty card.
The No.[protected] thru which my order was placed is also not picking up. The website has no address or email id on which a complaint can be lodged.
I feel cheated.

Replacement for faulty Morning Walker

I have been registered the complained on [protected]@rediffmail.com, and made many call to [protected], for the replacement of Morning Walker which we have brought on 5 october 2010, which has not working soon after 8-10 days, hence please look in to the matter and do the needful.
Also requested to depute responsible person for trade communictaion, that no such harrasment should suffer to your customer.
