4GB pen drive not working.

In my 4GB MoserBaer pendrive I am facing the problem that pen drive is detected but when click on the open it shows message please insert a disk into drive. Company should do root cause analysis & should give FOC replacement.or give me any software by which i can solve the problem Let us know where to send defective product & how we can get fresh as a replacement....

Not received the ordered product and amount not refunded

I had ordered Solar lantern from moser Baer through online web portal of moser Baer and I have made payments through net banking, It has been more than one month I have not received the product neither my money not refunded. I had called customer care at least 5 times, but they are not responding properly....

company demanding repair charges even during warranty period

I bought a music player (model 510 i) on 03/10/11. It went faulty in December
2011.
I deposited the faulty set in Lucknow service centre at aliganj on 17/01/12 for
replacement/repair. Since then two and half months have passed and there is no
response from the service centre. The scanned copies of invoice and job sheet is
attached for ready reference. I request for your kind intervention...

Moserbaer MBI 5630HT FM radio is very weak. Even Moserbaer service center people accepts this fact that this model's FM radio is very weak and weaker than Rs.20 radio that is sold on streets...

I feel this company is cheat and uses cheap components and fool people.

but during now a days it have a error.this disk cannot formatted.i want to ask that how will it return.i have every reciept of shop and ur pen drive details. please try to under stand my i have everything where should i return the pen drive...

not working

my DVD writer was not working. when i bought the product the company guaranteed me to replace the product within one week in case of fault in product in one working year.

but when i gave it to company it took about one month to return the product and it is yet not working....

duplicate blank dvds selling shop details

The Authority Concerned, Kindly visit a shop situated at 1365, Sadashiv Peth, Bajirao Road, Near Nava Vishnu Chowk, Pune 411 030.
I have purchased 10 blank dvds bearing moserbeer companies name on it and to my surprise all these blank dvds are indicating total space on disk 0 bytes. I'm sure this can only be because this shop is selling duplicate dvds that bear your esteemed companies name. Please do the needful...

mis behavior & no service

hello sir,
I am Rajkumar Soni, i have purchase a pen drive from a shop in delhi with 5 years warranty. But after only 6 month that pendrive get ruined. Then I went to moserbear service center (Nehru Place, Ashok Bhawan, 2ed floor) for replacement but there employee are not having proper service & behavior towards customers. they told me come after 15 days. when i went after 15 days they again told me come after 1 month....

not giving warranty service

I Mr. Pawan gola bought 7 lcd monitors before 5 months now 2 of them are not working from last one month I am trying to get the service from the company "MOSER BAER" but there no response from the company till now. Mr. Rajesh Raval is the head of the service department of the Mumbai region but he is also not receciving the phone. Now Iam totally tensed. please do the needfull help.

On 19/10/2009, we brought a Moser Baer MP3 Player (MP 565-2G) @ 1800/- & Kingston 2GB Flash Drive @ 400/- from Ravindra Electronics, Phagwara Gate, Jalandhar City, Ph[protected], Tin No. [protected].

Next day when we asked/confirmed from Moser Baer Co., they told us the product MRP is 1490/- & it is also available at market @ 1300/- to 1400/-...

I have purchased a 2GB MP3 Player (MP565-2G, Code - M13CBMC51013637A), I format it with PC and loaded mp3 songs in it, but at the time of playing songs some songs not played well, they play with disturbance and this player also become hang while playing these songs and nothing will work untill the song finished after that it become normal. Bad after sale services

I hav puchase Moser Baer DVD player 4frm Opera House on 27 Mar 2009.
1 week ago suddenly it is not working even if i change d fuse(xtra fuse given by company).
I had complain on 28 july 2009. on phone no.39889000.
Till now one one has cum 4rm d co. to repair d it....
