Intraday converted to delivery without noticing me

I had sold 150 shares of JET AIRWAYS at around 1 pm today.Later after 3 oclock I tried to square it off by buying it,but the order was sent to pending.I called up Motilal Oswal customer care and the lady said that it is confirmed and will be traded.When I checked the contract notes I was shocked to see that the buy order was cancelled and the sell call was turned inot delivery.How is this possible?? Please help me in this regard...
