Sir,
I purchased Moto E vide Order ID: OD[protected] on 01 Dec 14. The phone is not working properly. Whenever i make a call it is generating noise and volume is very less. it becomes very difficult to hear the voice of the other end. Please tell me the procedure to return it back or redressel of hte problem.

Sir,
I puchased Moto E through your website vide Order ID: OD[protected] on 1st Dec 14. Now the mobile is not working porperly. While talking it is always generating noise and volume while talking is very less. Guide me the procedure through which i can replace the handset with a new one.
