respected sir, my 10th marcksheet was loss in trvelling somewhere. I want my marcksheet's duplicate from M.P. board but they don't success to give my marcksheet. I am suffering in lots of problem without my marksheet. pleasss be aware about it

Hello,
i am saurabh namdev, my actual dob is 18/02/1991 but by mistakenly it was wrote as 18/02/1991 in my 10th class.(MPBSE) now i am facing problem everywhere regarding this, so i want to change it, how i can proceed for changing this, please give me any solution.

mene 02/05/2013 ko 10th marksheet (2008) correction ke liye apply kiya tha to us time mujhe btaya gya tha ke aapko 15 days ke andar aapko marksheet mil jayegi, or ab tak 5 month ho chuke he, jab v jao yhi bolte he he ke aapki marksheet ko jyada time ho gya he to us par vicharvimarsh ho rha he. to aap hi btaye vicharvimarsh kab hoga. or ab mujhe original marksheet ki jarurat he for job search.
please help me.

hello sir due to some reson i have changed my surname in 11th class i.e pankaj birla and previously in 10th i am pankaj patil after 10th class my surname is pankaj birla in all the documents i.e in 12th board,in BE(engineering) and in all my govt documents. NOW i want to change my 10th marksheet surname form patil to birla Because it is creating problems in govt. exams that i am appearing ,and it creats problems in my higher education....bopard...
