    my electricity bill service no. is[protected].i am getting higher amount bills from last three months near about Rs 12000/ per months,which is really unjustified.before this my average billing was about 3000/- per month.So, plz look into the matter.

    Dear Sir,
    My electricity bill service no. is [protected]. I am getting higher amount bills for the last three months - in the range of Rs 3000 to 5000 plus per months, which is really unjustified. Earlier I was getting my average bill of around Rs. 1, 500/- per month.So, please look into the matter. I have already paid my bills up to August 2010.

      I just brought an a.c worth of rs 25000, but since our colony is newly developed mpeb has just provided 1 transformer to our colony, due to increasing number of houses our colony (new city colony) is facing very serious voltage problem.I am saying ki if we regularly pay bills to mpeb then why don't we get sufficient voltage like the remaining market and main city areas.I have tried everything, brought a stablizer wroth of rs 5000 but light here comes like 100watt bulb is equivalent to a candle.I kindly request consumer court to look after this issue, not vital but due to voltage problem our colony has to face a lot of problems.We kindly request consumer court to warn mpeb against this awfull act of consumer harrasement!!!!!

        I'm living in Bhagsipura area o[censored]jjain, which is division heaquarters and we are facing a scheduled power cut of 7 hrs a day and unlimited unscheduled power cut. I have also registered a complaint againts the company on www.mpsamadhan.org but I got a rediculous reply from there. They are saying that the line loss on our feeder is more than 77%, we are geniune consumers of electriciy, we are paying our bills regularly then why are we being harrassed. I had talked to the concerned officers as well but all are saying the same thing i.e. line loss issue. I don't know where should I go and register a complaint agaist the company.

        And mind it, this power cut has started in Nov'08 and increasing day by day.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          Indian Villagers provide the basic need of living life which is know as food to more than 1 Billion peoples of India even why our government not thinking about villages problem.
          I am Ravi Choudhary living in Village : Bisnavda , District: Indore. (M.P).
          My village electricity supply is avg. of 8-10 hrs / day officially but it is not more then 8 hrs per day.
          And this 8 hrs of electricity supply is not fixed it can vary day by day why it so. It is not only my village problem but it problem of all villages near Indore as i know.
          How a farmer can schedule his working day.
          Because of that problem students of villages not able to study properly.
          Every night villagers need to sleep without fan.
          How we can manage in 8 hrs electricity .
          why only city areas people need electricity & all this facility, why villagers are not getting all this facility, they are not the human being.
          Now it is 20s century we have all the facilities & technologies even then villagers of India are living like 18s century.
          I have just show above electricity problem this is not only a single problem of villages apart from it lots of problem they are facing.

            this is annonymous complaint
            There is massive powertheft in kalaninagar(Indore)(MP) with the active help of linemen. it is done through transformer from pole near house 477, kalaninagar. when ever problem occurs, this linemen came and help them to establish their illegal electrictiy. this is done on massive scale. around 100 houses are receiving this illegal electrictiy. there are different lines for fridge, fan etc and for light(bulbs, tubes). Send this to required authority so that entrire line and transformer connections could be checked in kalaninagar. this is happening for long time.

              It is observed that the amount of bill is 4 times than it was for last one year. The reading is also 4 times shows on the bill but it is impossible as there is no difference in my electrical home appliences for last one year. Please look into the matter

                With due respected I want to state that my electricity bill is coming more than our expectation. Earlier my electricity bill was coming only Rs.500 to 600/- but from last two three months my bill is coming 1500/- and above. We called electrician from MPEB office to check my meter, they came and checked meter with there electronic equipment and told that there is fault in meter. Even after that they did not changed the meter and no action has taken from there side.

                Hence I request you to please do some thing or take appropriate action for the same

                  This is to inform you that we have taken HT connection in our engineering & pharmacy college situated at Indore-Dewas By-Pass Road, Village:Arandia, Indore(M.P). As from last one week there is no electricity in our institute.The fault checked by MPEB lineman was that our ME is not working.Through discussion with JE, Manglia region, Indore he told that we have to deposit a lump sum amount of Rs.45525/= after that we will send ME to our MPEB laboratory. If the fault would be of your side then the money deposited by us would not be refunded back, and if there would be MPEB fault then the deposited amount would be adjusted in the institutes monthly bill.As we have already deposited the claimed amount, till date no response is there from MPEB side.And if our electrician asks JE(Manglia Region, Indore) he uses abusive language and says if the ME would be available then we will change it no time limit is there, we have forwarded your request to our DE who sits in Polo Ground, Indore.As we and our students are suffering so we have planned to file a case against MPEB, Indore in consumer forum lets hope for the best.

                  electricity board public ko ek bada dokha de rahi remote wale meter laga ke. electricity board ke meter mein timer feed hai jo ki particular time par chalta hai. yeh timer remote sae set kiya jata jab koi bada hungama hota hai toh ya timer ko band kar diya jata hai. agar aap electricity board mein led wale ki jagah sada electric meter ki kahenge toh electricity mana kar dega. kyuki sada meter mein timer nahi hota par led display wale meter mein timer hota hai.

                  Dear Sir,

                  We are requesting to find out the actual reason why MPEB is not suppying
                  proper electricity to villagers and rural area but in urban area's are
                  getting electricity atleast. And you know this year we do not have
                  suffficient water in our well and DAM area.

                  Sir as per our knowledge KHARIF CROPS are totally dependent on rainy season
                  but also its not raining nowadays.So all farmers are dependent on well
                  water and DAM water and without electricity farmers can not start water
                  pump or any submissible pump.

                  Since 8-9 days we are not getting proper electricity.We are getting
                  electricity only for half an hour or one hour in 24 hours. Now you can
                  understand how can we cultivate our lands.

                  Our question is that few days back proper light was supplying but suddenly
                  what happened. All the crops are getting dry.and who would be the
                  responsible for all it, MPEB or GOVT?

                  If MPEB board MANASA (NEEMUCH, M.P.) raise a question like farmers are not
                  paying electricity bill then they should be get in touch with only those
                  concern people why they are draging all people in this issue. Why we all
                  people suffer this problem and for your kind of information sir 40 % to 50
                  % crops have been dried due to this electricity problem.

                  Kindly look into this matter so that all farmers can become happy.

                  संस्था परिसर में लगे मीटर को दिनांक 27 अगस्त को बदला गया है लेकिन मीटर रीडर द्वारा अभी तक पुराने मीटर पर ही उपभोग बताया जा रहा है.
                  बिजली विभाग एक तो 30 दिन में मीटर रीडिंग लेने पर अमल करे. क्योंकि जब खपत का स्लेब बनाया है तो यह जरूरी है कि रीडिंग भी एक माह में ली जाये.
                  कुल 76 दिनों में रीडिंग केवल 210 यूनिट हुई है, जबकि गत माह 101 यूनिट का भुगतान किया जा चुका था, इस माह फिर से 123 यूनिट का बिल आया है, जिसे मैंने दुरुस्त करवा कर केवल 200 रुपये का भुगतान किया है.
                  मीटर तेज चलने पर ही इसे बदलवाया गया था.

                  Please be infromed you that few day before when rain came .In night due to open wires on the poles my elecrtic supply was intrupted.
                  In next morning i made compliant of it and after 3 days the electric Person came and not repaired the pole conection properly.Still the wires are open and any time i will have to face the elecric power cut .
                  Requesting you to insruct the wireman to make proper connection on pole and also close the electric box.

                  electricity board public ko ek bada dokha de rahi remote wale meter laga ke. electricity board ke meter mein timer feed hai jo ki particular time par chalta hai.(Add. 1010 Central Street Pandit Sweets Mhow Dist Indore. m.p. ) yeh timer remote sae set kiya jata jab koi bada hungama hota hai toh ya timer ko band kar diya jata hai. agar aap electricity board mein led wale ki jagah sada electric meter ki kahenge toh electricity mana kar dega. kyuki sada meter mein timer nahi hota par led display wale meter mein timer hota hai.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am forwarding this complaint after being highly harrased by MPEB officials since last 6 months.We purchased a house at NEPANIA .In the begining bills were delivered on time and were not more than 300 rupees.Then suddenly the amount rose to around 3000 rupees.AFTER THAT ADDING WORST TO the senario the bill to our surprise rose to 10000 rupees.Inspite o[censored]sing CFLs in our house and saving electicity to the most this was the amount due.On lodging a complaint for checking the meter we were charged another 300 rupees and no one visited or even enquired about the matter.
                  On meeting personally to the mpeb official we were assured that the bill will be revised and the same will be adjusted in our later bills.After paying the amount for the revised bill we have not recieved the bill since last 4 months and the same official is forcing us to pay 8000 rupees without providing us any clarification.
                  We are a middle class family struggling to maintain a decent position in the society by paying all the goverment taxes and dues bills on time.BUT WHAT ARE WE GETTING IN RETURN.Half of our family members are under serious depression becuse of this electricity issue.Please try to help us in any regard you can.
