The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I HAVE SOME PROBLEM TO FILL THE APPLICATION FOR HJS HIGHT COURT OF MP WITH MPONLINE.GOV.IN, IN CITIZEN SERVICE. AFTER THE FILL FULL APPLICATION, TO THE TIME OF SUBMISSION, A REPLY MASSAGE RECEIVED TOWARDS THE SERVICE-- PL. ENTER THE VAILD BIRTH PLACE, WHICH HAS ABSOULTY RIGHT. SO IN THIS CONDITION , I TRY TO ANOTHER TIME, BUT SAME PROBLEM, WHAT CAN I DO.... IT IS COMPLSORY TO ME......

[protected] this is my transaction number..i submitted mppsc 2010 prelims form by my sbi netbanking account to mponline..then 125 rs. deduct from my account by reference no. mentioned above..but fee not submitted to mponlin..and i saw my application status that show fees not paid yet...then i went to kisok centre and paid my fees for application form no [protected] to kiosk of rs 125.00
please return my 125 rs to my account...

Not handle my application detail problem

I am a student of RGPV university and i submitted my examination form on this website, some detail of my form is wrong and there is no option for editing my detail. For change my detail i connect with site Administrator +[protected], 2418600, 6457262 and Administrator always reply me editing option available to this site tomorrow. So i am very tired because i tried to last three days so please help me and also others student...
