The people from Mpower (http://www. mpowerexcellence. com/) keep sending unsolicited advertisement sms'es. I'm registered for the Do Not Disturb service of my mobile service provider Tata Indicom, and have even complained to them thrice, but they have not taken any action.
The contents of the sms are as such:

The people from MPower had been to our company for giving us some training.

At the end of the training, they gave us some forms to fill up, where they asked for our email address and phone numbers. They did not mention why they needed our phone numbers.
