I have been cheated by mr. Dinesh kumar, senior officer ioc lpg section mumbai by saying that he resolved my compliant and credit the subsidy amount to my sb account thro atm debit card and hence wanted card number, expiry date, and cvv number unwittingly i shared the same and gave otp numbers received.
