korton parcel service which demand me to pay 25,000(INR) to get that claiming cheque... It seems to be cyber crime... I wanna know wheather Is there lottery corporation true... How can i claim that money..

I Rcd a mail from msn/yahoo lottery incorporation that i have won 500000gbp through balloting system. i thought it may be true, and started proceeding for the steps. i have paid them 4,00,000rs through bank. Now they are not in contact to me. they asked me check my a/c and have absconded. now i want to know wheather it is really true or they are just rumors. if it is fraud what i have to do to collect my money back. please reply me immdiately....

I have got a spam mail on 16/07/09 stating that I have won a prize money of 7, 50, 000 GBP(Great Britain Pounds Sterlings).and when I have tried to see International Cargo Courier Company page, what I have seen on that page are a 29 complaints about the same problem taht the prize money is fake.
Please help me before they charge me the delivery and other charges...even though I will not pay a single pie...for them...
