Mts shut down without intimation
Please refer to sms received last week regarding the subject of recharge with stv 551 before expiry 31/10/2017. Myself m. Pugalendhi my mts no. [protected]. I had payment sent through frch.in online payment ref no. [protected] dated 31/10/2017 at 19.23 pm. But mts shut down without intimation; so we faced business heavy loss. We want networks need and essential.

I bought mts mblaze wifi for 1200 rs. Now it was wrking well when bought but now it is having connectivity issues there cc excutives are so rude and mannerless. They dnt know how to speak to the customer. They asked to me recharge d device. i recharged it with 499 rs. But still not working and cc excutives are saying me to wait.
