I had a problem with my 40" led tv and on examine i was told light on led is not working and had to replace the entire panel which costed 20000 inr. Panel was replaced with a delay of 3 months by them due to gst, no stock etc. We faced the same issue the very next day after new panel replaced and it was took for examine after 2 months (After multiple calls & mails).
