These orderes were not delivered. Initially I received canned replies and later web site site said it was being re done. Now says domain for sale and emails bouncing....

We ordered 2 pool float chairs on 9th july 2020 of the total amount of Rs. 2860/- and the payment has been made thru razor pay.
The payment id for the same is "pay_FCJyC7dlig54XO".
The products have not been received till today and there is no answer of any emails sent by us from the customer support team of mumbai atelier.
This is a complete fraud and we have lost our money....

I have ordered a product on July 23, 2020 with mumbaiatelier and they promised to mail me shipping address, a month later no update now, their mail id doesn't exist and their website is taken down....

I've ordered a wireless karaoke microphone in gold colour for rs. 2776.95 with discount code disc15 on 07.07.2020 at 11.37 pm and amount has also been debited from my account (Screen shots attached). But no any order confirming message or any response from mumbai atelier have still been received. Pls resolve this and reply me soon....
