I have booked my flat with mvl, in their project the palms, bhiwadi, distt - alwar, rajasthan in march 2013. Till date, 20% of the amount has already been paid by me. Mvl has given false promises of starting the construction. But they are failed to start the construction till date. I have tried everything with mvl but they are not giving the money back to me. Moreover, they have mentioned 5 years as the completion date in the builder buyer...

I had booked a flat in MVL Coral Bhiwadi in July,2006. Builder buyer agreement was signed on August,2007. As per builder buyer agreement, flat was to be delivered within 36 months from the date of signing of agreement. Flat has not been delivered till date. I have already paid 90% of the total amount to the builder. Recently when I visited the site, I found very less construction activity at site. I may not get my flat in next 2-3 years....

MVL launched its low budget housing project under the name IndiHomes. The completion schedule promised at the time of booking is over. The project has been marred by delays and is incomplete. The company officials do not attend to calls. When they take the calls, they give excuses and express inability to continue the conversation. Letters sent to the company regarding the delay are not responded to. The company, which has arbitrarily changed...

I had invested around 2 lac rupees in pre launch of MVL city project (Now known as MVL Flora). I was told that within 2-3 month company would launch but that didn't happen for more than a year.
