Repeated Problems faced: Frozen images break in audio, long booting time, loss of DSL syncronisation, complete washout of image etc..
Either the Broadband or the IPTV broadcast is always inoperational, as a result we hardly get to see any TV program. On top of it, the service engineers responsible for its upkeep never pick up the phone

Enter the Call centre : the IVRS takes you to the concerned person but even before you utter a word disconnects your call automatically .. finally after struggling for good 1 hr I managed to register the complaint.
It beats all call centres and tech support teams which I have seen till now hollow in terms of worthlessness, incompetence and callousness
Enter the tech team : The so called technical support doesnt know their elbow from their toe and deserve the prize for 'most incompetent tech support team' : they are clueless even after 2 days of complaint logged.. they believe only in throwing jargon without action.. I interacted with customer care named: Mr. Gurdeep; and told him if you can't rectify, pls raise request for IPTV disconnection.. And TO MY SURPRISE, the fellow immediately closed my complaint call which was open & requested for MYWAY IPTV disconnection.. This was a real shock; MyWaycompany is treating it's customer like this..

Wrong Commitment Given by Salesperson

i have lost all my faith im My Way IPTV and my experience with My WAY IPTV is really very very bad. I have a connection in the name of Sanjay Jain and the Subscriber Id. is 29251140 and the STD code is 011.
I got a call from one of the telemarketing/sales personnel called Ms. Khushi (No[protected] and she told me that my Way IPTV is offering a connection by virtue of which you will get 150 channels, including the channels i specifically asked for i.e. (BBC Cbeebies, 9XM, espn and star sports) and the total cost of this connection to me will be Rs 249/- .
When i agreed to take this connection after commitment from Ms. Khushi, a sales person from the company Mr. Dibakar (Mobile No [protected]) came to my home to sell the connection and i reconfirmed from him regarding will i get 150 channels in Rs 249 and he said that as per new offer from company i will get the connection with 150 channels in Rs 249 and that the brochure in which it is mentioned that i will get 121 channels in Rs 249 is old one and new brochures will come out after Diwali. When i asked him the number of the customer care so as i can confirm from them, he told me that he does not have the number of costumer care and i will be provided it once installation of IPTV is done at my home, I asked him will the Rs 1250/- i am paying to My WAY IPTV will be refunded, as i was told that it will be refunded if i disconnect withing one month.
When the technical person came to my home to perform the installation, i asked him again regarding the offer that i was promised and he also told me that you get it installed and if you are not satisfied with the connection, if you refund within one month your money will be refunded.
Now when i called costumer care regarding complaint i want to make regarding the wrong commitment made to me by the sales person, thrice i was told that some one will contact me within 24 hours but no one called and today i was curtly told by your costumer care representative that they cannot do anything about the sales person and if i want to disconnect my IPTV connection, i have to give an application in Sanchar Haat and no money will be refunded.
After that I wrote a written complaint to them after [protected]@myway.in and even after three reminders i was not contacted by them to address my complaint and right now i am in a state of deep frustration and have no choice but to disconnect this connection.
After my experience, i would like to urge all the people who are planning to buy My WAY IPTV, not to accept any words from sales people on face value and double check with Costumer Care before going for the connection as after my bad experience with them, i will never buy there services again.

i want to terminate my connection due to poor comitment of this company, there representative told me that every thing is free (including all movies on demand) for three months in my IPTV connection and also promised that there will be no registration charges but later in first month the registration charges bill was send by MTNL and thereafter next month the movie on demand were also charged whereas the complete movie doesn't play at once (as it goes to standby after every 15-30min) and neither they tell me about stb rental.
I am calling them in every 2-3 days and they say their executive will call me in next 24 hours but thay never calls.
Atlast it is worst service provider company doing fraud every day.
How can I get my money back which they hold as security? & What to do to stop all this so that other are spared from this horror?

myway iptv — wrong commitment by the representative of Iptv
I had booked IPTV with Myway with the commitment that it will also work on current program for time shift TV on channels as committed and the services will be given on priority and any complaint be attended within 24hrs also the monthly rent will be RS 250 including all accessories and tax. But it was surprised that the installation done incomplete and the required modem was given by me as they said if modem is provided extra rent will be charged.They failed to proper installation of the product and even requesting to representative of Myway IPTV regarding cancellation of the contract they fail to do the same after requesting the following Navsesh [protected] Prashan[protected] Mustkeen [protected]. It is requested that if the security for the product is not refunded within 15 days i have the right to claim panel interest as well as harassment charges @ RS 100 Per day as being a patient of Hypertension and Diabetic type to i have to incurred extra amount on control of the disease.
This may be treated as final notice from my side and i have the right to claim the fee to be paid to advocate and other charges required to attend the court as applicable will be bound by your company as the breach is from ur side.
i agree with mr tejinder, . iptv had made similar false committment with me, carried away my modem and no response from them even after several reminder. i am based at gurgaon

i want to terminate my connection due to poor comitment of this company, there representative told me that i can access web via my IPTV connection but later said that this offer will come soon,more they told me that all the contents are free of cost for three months but they charged for it.
nither they tell me about stb rental.
