BSNL SIM not recharged despite payment

Today I tried to recharge my Prepaid BSNL SIM using the payment gateway of myPANgramCashfree. Though the payment was successful for an amount of Rs.2909/- for recharge of Rs.2999/- for 445 days of BSNL plan, and the amount got debited to my account, the corresponding recharge was not done. PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TO THE SAME ACCOUNT FROM WHERE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY....

Failed transaction amount not credited

Dear Sir/madam
I tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] (airtel) through my SBI credit card on 16/02/2022 for amount INR 465 but the transaction failed and my money got debited and it is not credited so far.
