I HAVE ORDERED MICRO-MAX CANVAS 2 ON 8TH FEB 2013 my order number is MVP0028769. BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY MAIL REGARDING PRODUCT DELIVERY EXCEPT THE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION MAIL OF RS 9979. I ordered on 21 jan 2013 to my virtual plaza.com website for 2 pcs of micromax canwas 2 hendset. I transferred amount of 19958 by my atm card of IDBI. after that I get autogenerated email by there. and I tired several times to connect with them but each time i was failed. I placed an online order for Micromax A110 Canvas2 phone on 19/12/2012 at www.myvirtualplaza.com. The Merchant Reference Number is MVP0012067.

I called their Customer Care on[protected] to cancel the order. Their representative said that refund will be given within 1 to 2 working days. However, it is still pending.

I ordered karbonn a9 phone rs 11500 order No:MVP004211 online shopping via VIRTUAL PLAZA on sep 2012 but they not send product

I called the custumer care person and ceo Mr. Ravindar singh CEO of virtual plaza but response is poor

Still refund also not given. I think it is one of cheat company in online shopping....
