Please see the your people reply mail's , very worst service. I struggled with your people more than 4 months. I didn't get any permanent solutions. Now it's sleeping instead of ringing since last 4 months.

    Hello Good afternoon.
    My name is Balraj and two months back only I purchased N72 mobile. bUT AFTER TWO MONTHS now iam facing a (1)problem that is to say my N72 mobile phone memory is not allowing to save some mp3 files in to the memory card even though the memory card is having more than 450 free space. And even after cancelling it says mp3 file is not yet saved save it now. I f i press to save the above mentioned reply will come agein. So if any viruses in my Phone Memory then what should I do ?And also for your kind information the music pkayer is playing without any problem. In message out box its showing message as "deffered" is it a virus or not? beacuse after deleting also it apears again? Please help me ...An ddo the needful as early as possible. Thank you.

    N72 — Poor service at Nokia Care

    I purchased N72 on[protected].My cell is infected by virus named COM WARRIER.The warranty is for one year right from the date of purchase.When I approached near by Nokia care,They said my set is not under warranty.I am really surprised.I showed payment receipt to them.My IME no.[protected].I am residing in chennai,perambur. I approached the Nokia Care located in perambur chennai-11. I don't know What to do? Please kindly let me know Things to be done next.Now my set is not in a usable condition.Help me.

    N-72 — web connection problem

    i have a nokia N-72 phone since October-2007
    my operator is air tel.
    my web setting is already activated.
    but i can not access it.
    a connection symbol is appearing at the bottom of network symbol from yestar day.
    what is that?
    when i contact my service provider they sent me the settings several times & saved.but no action.they told me to contact nokia costumer care.

    N-72 — file format

    i can't view by my cd player from my nokia n-72 video clip. i konw that n-72 has mp4 file format and it is not soupported my vcd play. so, how i get rid of this matter, i did shooted my sister marriage video by n-72 and i get a cd from this but i could not view by my cd player thou i can view it by computer. write me through e-mail [protected]@rediffmail.com / [protected]@rediffmail.com.

    N-72 — Pathetic conditions of Nokia care centre

    Sir,

    I have purchased N-72 model from Hotspot shop at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on 28/07/07. After running smoothly for all these months it suddendly started hanging up and showed no display.
    So I went to Micronas Telecom who are Franchisee to Nokia care centre. There I have submitted my set on 24/05/08 in return they have given me a manual slip ( job sheet no 2245 ) and said that we will give me a call when my phone gets repaired. 8 days have been passed and they are not responding neither are they attending the phone.
    I reside in Greater Noida so it is not easy for me to commute to the centre and check the status of my phone every now and then.
    So its a request that please don't give franchisee to such irresponsible telecoms who are good for nothing and give mental harrassment to the customers.

    Nokia — softwares are deleted

    nokia N 85...
    the phone was locked due to some software problem, it was repaired by the mulund nokia care centre. after that, the softwares which were in built in the cellphone were deleted & i need the software many at times, so i asked the mulund nokia care they ignored me and told download it at home...so i request you to look in to the matter..

    i have an N72 but i got many problems in using this phone.when i got a miss call, i press the view menu, but it displays ( no miss call ).I got this problems so many times.
    i have N72 and i cannot open my inbox or write messages cos a error pops up "not enough memory to perform operation delete some data first " .19 mb of phone memory is shown 2 b in use and only 84 kb is shown free.i have nothin in my phone memory so this definitly is a virus and d virus has made duplicate copies of a unknow application in 'my own' folder which cant b deleted .also inbuild games cant b deletd.can formatting the cell help?what exactly formatting does??can a good antivirus software fix d problem??is formatting advisable...

    Nokia N72 — inbox delete automatically

    in my n72 the inbox gets deleted automatically... sometimes some softwares are not working...cant download any softwares but gets downloaded in other n72.

    Try the following in N72 which has solved my problem. I too got the same problem "not enough memory to perform operation. delete some data first" when i was trying to save a mp3 file from inbox to my memory card.

    Actually this will restore the mobile to its factory settings and the phone memory will be regained which will solve all the above problems as per my knowledge. Wish u all the best.

    My message memory uses phone memory,wen i change it to memory card,inbox is not opened,neither any operation can be performed in msgs.but my memory card works absolutely ok in gallery.So i cant recieve mp3 file in inbox as it says not enough memory.Even i delete evrythng n empty phone memory,it shows free memory jus around sme kb.Wen i connect my phone to pc ,there it shows 15Mb free,dnt know wat is hapening?I dnt think memory card pblm as it works fine in gallery.
    my phone is n72 is showing "Phone start up failed Contact the retailer."pls send me the software solutions

      I am S.D.Bhavani Prasad I am working Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd (3 wh)
      Authorised Dealer RAMCOR, GUDIVADA, Krishna Dist.A.P. as a service (works manager) so I have purchased NOKIA N 72 as on 12/04/2008 I have complaint faced on the battery charger not charging .in that charger given to your service center gudivada job no 67 dt. 24/09/2008 he told new charger will be given 2 months I agreed charger handover.And recently I have faced the compliant of hand set (KEY PAD LIGHTS NOT WORKING) I was go to Vijayawada NOKIA care (R.K.COMMUNICATIONS) in that service people just saw the hand set it will not coverd under warranty due to reason water entry. how to water entry I dont now I only using the Cell Phone Carefully.And that service person told due to water entry it is phone complaint. If it is really water entry to to tally set damaged. I don’t now how it will entry. And that service persone told if ur talking much more time (sweft drops) also entered it will chance.in that type of hand sets how nokia is world best manufacturer how it will made. I don’t now.dsr once again iam telling to u.if u think in ur customer place iam very un satisfied and iam also service field I know total warranty terms and conditions. Don’t customers cheating I have very struggled. Just I want it will repair or replace I don’t now just I want to keypad lights working condition. Once again iam telling to u.it is not my mistake.

        This mobile was purchased on 10/10/2007 ,
        It was repaired 9 times and changed with new one.
        It remained for 34 days in the nokia care custody for repair.
        Nokia changed my mobile.
        Now This mobile again in your service center from 27/09/2007 till today.
        How much time will be extended as warranty.
        I am not satisfied with N 72 , please change this with any other model.
