Garbage and sewage lines not cleaned on time resulting in mosquitos

On one end our PM is sweeping roads but seems civic bodies are still sleeping.
On one end we desire to be Dengue/Malaria free country on other end cleanliness is not maintained.
Similar is the case in South Ganesh Nagar, Delhi
Sewage is not cleaned from past so many months. Garbage still lying on road. No mosquito repellents been sprayed from months.
This all is resulting in breeding of mosquitoes and situation is so worse nowadays...
