I bought a Samsung 1 ton 4 star inverter A/C from The Thiruvalla Nandilath G mart showroom. I personally went there and enquired about the process of buying and installation of the unit. The salesman( Mr. Sudheesh) made the affirmation that a maximum of 2 days is required for the installation process. I bought the A/C on 3rd of March 2021 and I'm making this complaint on the 9th. Nobody has contacted me so far.

I have purchased a Voltas beko 7.8 semi automatic washing machine from your Kannur branch(Kerala). But i received a damaged product and its not working properly. i have contacted to the kannur branch to return my product .At that time they cut the phone call after that i have contacted several time but they are not ready to pick my number. I am not happy with this experience.

This is to inform you that we bought a Samsung Side by Side Premium Refrigerator (RS58K6417SL) from Nandilath G Mart, Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum.
First of all we would like to notify you that we received a display product (opened package) and not a sealed one. We were NOT informed about this treachery and when inquired about it they denied replacing the product with a new one, citing that it was their only piece. They forced us to take the product, citing that there would be no problem in the future.
Even within one year of purchase there was water leakage from under the fridge and the freezer compartment was not working (items kept inside the freezer were not becoming frozen). When we called Nandilath G Mart (the place from where we purchased the fridge), he told us to contact Samsung Service Centre. They denied to replace the product earlier and now they deny us service.

I purchased one Aquaguard water purifier from Nandilath G Mart (Edappally, opposite Lulu Mall) on 26th April, sunday. It was informed to me by a lady executive that the Technician will come on next day, Monday for the installation. It did not happen. Since, it is Pandemic I thought it may be the reason he could not reach for installation. The very next day, I called asked about the status of comig for installation. One of the Executives said, somebody will be coming today or tomorrow (i.e. Tuesday or Wednesday). Today is Thursday (30th April 2020), when I checked today morning, they are saying the concerned Executive will call me back. I am texting this message at night today- till now, I did not get a feedback from the Nandilath team, Edappally. It was a horrible experience when purchasing a home appliance product for the new house.

My name is john, i have requested for a duplicate bill from nandilath g mart thiruvalla branch, 3weeks passed not yet received, i bought lg double door refrigerator on september 2018. Last month don't know what happened some board inside got burned. It's costing 4000 rs without bill. I don't know where's the original bill, i was not available when the time of purchase. I need the bill before june ends. Kindly check and do needful

Complaint marked as Resolved I had visited TVLA branch, they told they have requested for the duplicate bill, it's more a month now even they don't have my information on there system, giving Bull shift reasons like software changed.

Yesterday i had went to kollam showroom their attitude was really bad. The had given my a estimate and challenged me to compare the price with other shops and when we came back they just increased the price. They have a very bad attitude towards the customer. We can feel that they are telling if you want it buy it else leave. They are treating the customers very badly.

whirlpool washing machine

Hi, recently i have purchased a whirlpool washing machine and got delivered with damaged one. Multiple times i have called thiruvalla branch for the replacement delivery status and always i was getting a rude behavior from those who ever picking the call on number [protected], last time i have requested them to provide the manager number and straight away they have denied. Till today (4th april 2019) i havent got any positive responce from them, none of the thiruvalla branch staff have the basic of customer service. I will never recommend you for any one further. One of the worst electronic shop i ever interacted.

11/08/2018 visited nadilath g mart thiruvalla, wanted to purchase a grinder, visited the branch with family, purchased a geemax grinder well conviced by the staff, i jist want to give that product today itself back to you becz it is damaged, but your contact numbers are so so easy to contactable.. I am trying several numbers from bill and website.. I best [censored] services.. I am so happy to give that product bake to you tomorrow itself.. I just want my money 2900/- rupess tomorrow itself.. I have purchased a refrigerator on 31st may 2018. Tge very next day its light not working. I registered a complaint for service and wait for two days. The service boy called and ask the exact address. I told him details. As he said i expect him on that day. But not. Again i called nandilath service reception lady and registered a complaint. Still there is nobody came for repair. Really disappointing response from your side. And i ll never suggest anybody to nandilath for consumer durable purchase

installation of videocon ac split unit

Sir, i purchased a vdeocon (Vsn33wv2mda) air conditioner on 01 april 2017 from nandilath attingal branch at thiruvananthapuram dist.in kerala. The branch had taken installation charges also when i bought this product. But the installation is not well & proper (Connection between unit and ac is not fully covered). When i had noticed this i contacted the branch, they told me that it will be solved in first service time. But first service time they did not do this and said that it could not be done by them because they are only for service of ac not in installation. I contacted the branch by mobile but they denied for resolving the problems and misbehave me and dropped my call. So requested to resolve my problems by proper installation.
