Dear Sir,
I received a mail stating that under RBI Governor's directive an unclaimed payment on account of the above subject is being transferred via RBI ONLINE transfer to my specified Bank Account.
It is an email from [protected]@outlook.com. I submitted the bank details as per the given format. Now a mail has come to me in the name of Reserve Bank to remit 15, 500 INR for transfer and conversion charges.

lottery fraud

Dear Sir

I have received a sms from SPDC telling that I have won 250, 000.00GBP in INT''L Mobile Draw, 2009 and asked to contact NatWest bank, Liverpool, Great Britain where my money is being deposited in a temporary account and send me a form asking my personal details. I have send the filled up form through E mail mentioned there.

Now sir, I want to know what should i do ? Whether it is true or fraud...
