I had booked a request for making passports from urban clap. Ms kiran from nav enterprises responded. I had paid an amount of 4600₹ for two passports in the name of manisha goel and radhika goe l.in the month of june but till date i have not received any response. When i contacted them they said that their contract with urban clap is deregistered. Kindly look into the matter and revert
Either refund my money or get the passports...

Am writing this complaint on behalf of my parents. I had book an appointment for passport service from urban clap and they had assigned a passport agent (Since my parents are senior citizens), company called nav enterprises vikas puri. When we started with them they have given option of part payment and as per that we had paid them almost half of the amount and rest after work will be finished. They never called us...
