I have placed an order for flowers to my brother through their online portal on pay pal. After placing the order, they sent a mail to pay extra charges for delivering the flowers on rakhi day, as rates are higher on this day.

They didn't deliver flowers on 18th, i tried calling their customer support, but in vein. When i'm asking for a refund, they arent responding.

They didn't deliver flowers on 14th, I tried calling their customer support, but in vein. On 15th they sent a mail for apology and asked if they can deliver on this day, for which i have responded to deliver....
