before the lockdown i had told the tour operator tht my wifes health is not good and we are not supposed to travel as suggested by our family doctor and we have to cancel the tour and this informtion was given to the Tour company in email and well in advance but their sales team agreed to talk to the owner of the company and tols us...

I dont have any complain for this company, infact i am shocked to read these complains, the experience which i had is really appreciable,

I had booked a package of jewels of europe for 10n/11 d and due to some personal reason i cancelled my package 1 day before my departure. It was the md mr. Manish agarwal who helped me and he adviced me that i can take some other package and only i will be charged for flight tickets again.br...

I went for jewels of europe trip with neem holidays.. From 27th may till 7th june 2017.. Very bad experience.. We were provided bus with faulty a/c.. It was not working at al.. It was suffocating and torturous to sit in it... When we asked to change it.. We were left on the road in europe for 6hrs.. We were sitting on footpath for 4hrs..
We were made to sit on the road in europe for 4hrs saying the bus is getting repaired.. They didn't...
