I have tried to request change of RABT value for my domain but have not got any response from the company.
The RABT value is set to [protected]@vsnl.net and I want to change it to [protected]@gmail.com
the domain name is www . omegarenk.com...

We have registered our domains on Net4.in since more than 15 years. Now, they have taken payment for renewal of our domain for 10 years. But didn't provide invoice copy or receipt. Not reachable by phone / E-mail.
Even our domains are locked for transfer, so we are unable to move out our domains.
It is requested to you to at least arrange to unlock all the domains registered with Net4India of all the customers, so users don't...

Paid for 5 years domain renewal, but even after a month it is still in process. They are not reachable over email, chat, or phone. I surprise how they still accept the money from customers while no services are offered and even their website is still running....

I want to complain against NET4INDIA. I paid for Domain & SSL service on 13th, July, 2020. And Till today the SSL certificate not issued by them. And since Sept end my Website and email address is also not working. Please find the supporting documents of order and its payment. Please do the needful. In 2017 i renewed domain (which was expiring in 2020) for 10 years, so far its showing as domain renewal in process, so much so that 1 of the domain expired on 31.08.20 and still showing request under process (for last 3 years !!!) on top of it despite raising several tickets and writing emails, everyday for last 1 week to all available email addresses, there isn't a single reply on auth code...

no body is there to talk to...

Net4.in is not resolving any technical issue and also not allowing me to transfer my domain away from them. There is no response from any of their customer care numbers and no response from any of the emails....

I had made a payment for my domain renewal at net4.in.
It was done in april and now it’s september.
They have not provided any assistance for it. My website is not working for months now even after payment.
I’ve sent multiple mails but horrible customer service. No response from the team. I’ve also generated multiple trouble tickets. All their numbers are out of service.

They are just not sending out the email to confirm Auth code request. Without being able to confirm Auth code request I cannot receive the Auth code.

I tried on 7th Sep 2020 and finally raised a ticket with them on 11th Sep 2020 for the Auth code matter and there has not been any response.

This is the domain name on which all company email is received and I fear there is a serious issue at the registrar since...

I have registered my domain with them since 2011, but right now there is no way i am able to contact them, all my request for generating Auth code to transfer my domain doesnt result in the same. I have sent emails and opened tickets but no use so far....

I have been trying to get the auth code for domain name transfer since last one week, i had raised the request from the control panel and it said request raised, since i didnt get any response raised multiple helpdesk ticket.

I have written emails to them multiple times, and tried calling their contact number which always says route busy.

i had taken net4.in reseller account, at that time offer was flashing on website that spend Rs.5000 bronze account and i will get price of titanium account for domain name and hosting. they are not giving titanium resellers account price but i am getting price which is higher then their retail price for both domain name and hosting. they are worse in giving customer services, their services support person who close the ticket hasn't got...

I Purchase online package from net4.in. but them web building and web hosting services are not work after loging. i called lot of time to customer care but i think there is no customer support system in net4. no one attend a call in customer support cell. i try from last 5 days. i personally request to never buy any offer form net4.in. its really a cheat customers...

Net4.in is a fraud company or i can say they just sell services but they don't know how to handle the customer complaints.

I had purchased annual Web hosting package from Net4.in on 8th May 2013 and registered 6 complaints till today. Out of these 8 days, 4 days their admin panel was not working and my website was also down, till now they are not able to provide write access on my folders, while asking for refund due...

Net4.in is in the business of fraud and scam by sending lakhs o[censored]nsolicited bulk emails everyday ask people to sign up for either Web Hosting or SEO. They NEVER use their real identity of mail, but rather keep registering new domain names and send mails from them. For example, their recent SCAM was from RKServers.in and they try to cheat people with fake phone numbers which they never pick. Some research tells their contact number is [protected]...

I booked .co domain and paid INR1499 on 17 JULY 2010, They failed to book as they said it is already booked.
I requested Refund by generating Ticket [One of the most MISUSED Technology by NET4INDIA]

So far I have raised 5 complaint tickets .They are supposed to give refund in 7-30 Days.

We have purchased a hosting space from net4.in to host our site but the company does not provide any service. The site is almost always down. No information can be updated as the server always seem to be busy. They issue Tickets for every problem and close those tickets without even solving the case.

The company has incurred heavy losses as our site has not been functioning properly from the day we have hosted it in net4.in....

I have been trying to transfer my domain out of net4.in for more than a week.

Net4.in is not responding to my emails on this.

i have raised three trouble tickets and they are closing it without providing me with the auth code

They are asking me for why do i need an auth code. I am sure they should be knowing the real purpose of the auth code.

Now that they are a registry themselves...

I purchased a domain name from net4.in on 4 March 2010. I payed from my debit card (Transaction ID: 15846). I have been charged by my bank for the domain name but the company refuses that they have received any payment. I had used CCAvenue payment gateway.
