Unable to get Auth code or change DNS Settings, as Net4 is totally closed. Even as a Registrar themselves, they are supposed to solve problems under ICANN, but all there communication channels are closed. How and whom to escalate?...

We took a new linux package and have not used it.
All we wanted to do is change to the windows platform. I am now asked to pay again for the new package and they will NOT issue me a refund !
