Next - Korum shutdown, Invoice not reciept, customer care not reachable.
Due to some fault i need to reach out to the service center, which is not possible till i have all the support documents.
Its a very BAD things a branded company like NEXT.
The NEXT-Korum has been shutdown, their costomer ccare number also not reachable. I am totally helpless now.

LCD Problem faulty product delivered
Hi, I have purchased a Videocon D2H 32 inches LCD from Next showroom at Kalyan west on 22nd May 2010. From the day we received the product it goes off all of a sudden while we are watching the LCD transmission. We logged almost 8-9 complaints, no one came from Next service, every time engineer comes from Videocon do some settings as a week after again it goes off some times. They have replaced PCB...

cheating done by the next showroom by giving duplicate washing machine

I currently purchased washing machine from next showroom.. they delivered the used machine to us. when the person of whirlpool came to show us a demo of the machine he told us that the machine is used machine and u should demand for fresh machine.
When i informed the same to next showroom instead of getting changed they started using abusive language and told k they will not exchange it do whatever you want to do..br...

Fake products
I bought one SAMSUNG refrigerator from NEXT Electronic showroom Aurangabad.. they provided 3rd class products within 2 months their parts (box/container etc) are now breaking up, and when i did complaint of that they are making excuses.. where as they provided 5 to 8 years of Warranty…
