Nisha Tutorials — no refund given back [Resolved]
I Bhairavi P. Tapiawala have paid Nisha Tutorials located at Malad (west) Rs. 25000.00 by cheque on 13/07/2010 from Oriental Bank Of Commerce. They were supposed to arrange or a Lady Home tutor for my daughter who is in ICSE X Std. As they didnot provide me any good tutor for more than 20 days even after paying them in advance. They kept on sending me tutors who were not at all upto the mark.
I requested them to take the charges for 4 classes which the teachers came even though they were not good, but they are refusing to pay my money back.
Please look in to the matter at the earliest.
