Neetishree Builder launched appartment scheme in Greater Noida under Alstonia Appartment scheme and started collected installments. The allocation of appartment was promised in 2008 but till date appartments are not completed and no much progress is happening although structure is ready. When ever we talk to him, he always says it is going to be ready and ask us to make final payment which is supposed to be at the time possession of appartment....

In Aug 2006, I had booked a flat at Alostonia Apartments in Greater Noida to be constructed by Nitishree builders. However, since last 4 years, there had been hardly any construction on site and buiders keeps giving false promises and even decline to return money.

100's of people are stuck with their money invested in.

We have booked a flat in Nitishree Shouryapuram, it is supposed to be delivered in December, 2010, the construction has not yet started. They are now forcing us to move to their other projects which are also not complete. Please let us know what should be done. Should we try to take the principal amount back and suffer loss of approx. 6-7 lacs/ we should file a complaint in the consumer court. Our hard earned money appears to have gone waste....
