I wish to submit following facts about the offence committed by M/s Nitishree Infrastructures Ltd. Noida, against me;
1. That M/s Nitishree had come out with number of lucrative false advertisements in 2006 with intent to commit fraud in all leading newspapers in Delhi and North India for allotment of freehold residential plots, villas, kothis and commercial plots at its upcoming township at Shouryapuram, NH-24. Non Refund of Booking Amount
I, Rahul Bhatia, had booked a flat in Nitishree Builder's upcoming project at Shouryapuram in Aug 05. We were promised possession in two to three years time. I understand that except fencing nothing has been done todate. The builders kept on postponing the scheduled commencement of work and always broke their promise of alloting the flat. The builders have changed their office and telephone nos and never bothered to intimate the customers....
