I took my car in for service at northcliff kia early november.
A week later my car wouldn't start while making my way to work only to find out that its the battery, iv have ha my car for a little over a year so i was shocked.
A weekend ago i was faced with serious issued when my car wouldn't start and it was in the middle of the night and i was stranded which is dangerous for a female.br...

Resolved

Bad Service
• On the 31st January 2011 after 1st service on the car I had a problem with the wheel bearing and alternator belt which I reported to Northcliff KIA center on the 7th February 2011
• Took 3 weeks for Northcliff KIA center to book in my car (22Feb2011) after an intervention from the head office
• They had the car overnight and only managed to fix the wheel bearing
• 3rd March sent couple of email to Allan Powell,...
