The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

my pan card application status shows " no record found "
I had submitted ny application for a new PAN with acknowledgement number - N [protected] . I had completed all the procedures including paying the fees . But when I checked my application status it showed " no record found " .
I have attached a photo of my application with this mail . ihad submitted the form on 25th feb, 2020 . after completing the application process I checked its status but it showed no results .

Yesterday i have received two message from NSDLDP regarding Demat account .
1st Message received from VK-NSDLDP
As per ur request, ur mobile no for receiving SMS Alerts for demat a/c xxxx2936 is changed to [protected] . Pls contact ur DP in case of any discrepancy.NSDL
2nd Message received from VM-NSDLDP
welcome to NSDL SMS alert facility for Demat account.For details and terms...
