I ordered some seeds through nurserylive.com from 03/11/2021 order ID NLV[protected]
They send me a text message at 9:41 today (09/11/2021) stating the product is shipped throgh shiprocket. And provided with a tracking ID
[protected]..
The problem is I can’t find my parcel anywhere,
And I can’t track my order...
Shiprocket and delhivery said it was cancelled...
It was a prepaid package..br...

I ordered two plants from nurserylive with order id NLV[protected] whose amount Rs 517 is paid by online payment on 22th JUL 2021.But still the order is not processed and delivered and their team is also not gave any status update of order. Kindly help me in this.

I ordered plants but been a month. No communication, no delivery. Nothing. They dont refund also. I came across atleast 15 other people writing same thing about them.

I ordered for two sets of plant on 1th May 2021. One set which costs Rs.628 was delivered in 30 days after much delay and follow-up. But the other set costing Rs.979 is not delivered. The keep telling that it is under preparation. If I would have sown the seeds myself, by this time the plants must have grown and start flowering...
Neither they are cancelling the order nor they are refunding the money.br...

I ordered two set of luck bamboo plant in bowl with pebbles on 03/06/2021. Order id is NLV[protected]. I had to pay Rs 677 including Rs 79 delivery charge.
