My order no. 7953...i bought vacuum robot from oh my deals on facebook on 22december via Cod and got delivery by bluedart the very next day. After a saw n use the product the first time, I realised it is a fake product. I have been sending mails to them on their customers support but no one responded. The above mentioned site posted video and reviews of original product to misguide people and send fake product and then no one responds. Please...

I ordered a robotic vacuum for 4999 which was delivered on 23 Dec 2020. The product is without any machine and only the plastic covering was sent. This is a fraud person and nobody was answering calls after sales....

While booking the product, confirmed visit of a technical representative for the demonstration of the product. No response for the mails sent. Tried so many time to Harshitha sharma who explained about the product and confirmed while booking but no response.

One of the worst Amazon deal in my life time.
Want them to take back the product and return the money as confirmed 30 days take back policy....

I ordered Smart irobot vacuum cleaner from ohmydeals.in on 13th Oct. It was being advertised...

I did a gross mistake by ordering an robot vaccum cleaner through this platform based on the feedback on social media platform but later realised that those were fake profiles.

Immediately within 10 hours, I mailed the only email id I had as contact information [protected]@ohmydeals.in to cancel my order and provide me with a refund.

No replies from their end and terrible customer courtesy experienced by me. Suddenly...

I recd a faulty robotic cleaner. Didnt work on day one! I have repeatedly emailed the company but zero response!...

We have received delivery of the product.On receiving the product, we tried calling the company on no[protected] for getting trial about the product. But the company has blocked the number and hence the calls are not reachable neither the Whats App messages . However we managed to message from our other number to the company on the same number. The messages are been read, but there is no reply.

I have purchased IRbot vacuum cleaner and got delivery of the same today I.e. 19 December 2020. The vacuum clear near which I ordered should have a water tank and also product size of 353X350X96.5 mm. Whereas the product received is XIMEIJIE smart sweeper.
