So far I have regard for Olay products, I am a consumer who have a lot of appreciation for the product. I purchased Olay 7 effects cream trail pack for Rs.150/- in Mamaji medical shop and however when I went home and checked. The tube was empty with no cream in it. When I made a complaint to the retailer, he informed that the company is at fault and asked me to submit a complaint.

i am using the cream olay total effects for the last 3months.I have purchased the 1st 20gm jar from kolkata and recently purchased it from Durgapur,but the strange thing is that both are diffent.i have purchaed both of them from reputed local stores.Being in retail industry i had the doubt when i saw the packaging,neck of the 1st jar was black & partly cream but neck of the 2nd jar was totally black.Apart from this...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased the cream Olay Total effects from Big Bazaar paying 700 Rs. The advertisement claimed that it protects the skin from 7 problems and basically an anti aging cream.
Even the product had the same information and also it was mentioned on the product that it suits all skin types.
I had a very bad experience with the product , as I got rashes and pimples on my face....
