one assist consumer solutions deactivate one assist plan and refund my money
I am a kotak mahindra bank credit card holder.
The one assist has auto debited rs 1399 as on 20.07.2019 from my credit card without my authorization. I don't want to continue this service. Request you to please cancel the service & refund the amount on my credit card. I also want to say that why any bank shares the credit card information to any company. If they are sharing any information, they should be responsible.

Pls i dont want this one assist plans simply waste of my money.1399 deducted form my credit card. And also hdfc side no calls no message how they activate this plan. Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card without my concern on date:19/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

Hi,
I had raised a repair request for my redmi note 3 phone covered under one assist accidental protection on june 2nd 2016 they picked it up at 7 of june 2016. They promised to deliver repaired phone within 20 days but haven't got back till now. Every time i contact them for delivery query they ask me to 48hrs as they're escalating my request. This has been going on for more than a month now.
Frustated by the behavior...
