renewal of plan without permission

Hi team,

Its really sad that you don't contact ur customers via mail if the number is not reachable. Direct debit transfer done without permission at the time of crisis. Only one sms i get from this company is card not registered, pls register it. Now since the debit transfer has taken place im short of money for other purposes. Can't understand what to do. If you ppl can return my money n cancel the subscription that would...

I was not informed of this charge before you debited my account.
You need to refund my money.

deactivate one assist services

I wanted to de-activate one assist services from my hdfc bank account.
I have called their customer care service ([protected]) several times, they are not de-activating/terminating their services on my account. Plz refund my debited amount.

Request you to kindly deactivate their service as soon as possible.

deactivation and refund my money

I am nelavelli rajesh, i have received a phone call from axis bank representative he explained me about the card protection services. He doesn' tell me about charges and anything. I received a call from one assist +[protected], saying about a plan which gives protection against debit card theft of every account i hold and so on.. Strangely they had all information about my axis bank account and debit card no. Within second rs 1899/= has been deducted from my axis bank account. After going through all reviews about one assist, i have decided not to deal with such a company, hence i request to cancel and deactivate...
