Hi,
On 4th Sep. 2014 I recharged my Idea prepaid no. with 3G data plan of Rs 175.
I got the message of successful transaction and amount also got deducted from my Mobiwik wallet but my mobile did not recharged.

hi,
i did a recharge for videocon d2h on friday.
here are the txn details :

The rechaarge amount is not yet reflected. please do the needful to either revert the txn to my credit card or trfr the money in corresponding d2h account...

My email is [protected]@gmail.comI added a rate cutter of Rs251 to my mobile. My account was charged but the recharge did not data plan happen. I submitted my complaint and I got Rs.251 in my mobikwik wallet. I repeated the process and still it is not recharged. Kindly, help me, at leastrefund my money back to the bank... mobile:no [protected]...tanx...

MY NAME IS JOSEPH.ON 02/12/2013 I TRIED TO MAKE A IDEA 3G NETSETTER RECHARGE OF RS.1345 USING ONLINE SERVICE OF ONE INDIA RECHARGE WEBSITE AND THE WEBSITE CONFIRMED THE RECHARGE TO MY NUMBER. UNFORTUNATELY THE RECHARGE DIDN'T HAPPEN AND THE AMOUNT OF RS.1345 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE EVEN AFTER I MADE A CALL & A EMAIL TO ONE INDIA RECHARGE OFFICE.SIR KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
