Bad product, bad service. I started to experiencing many issues. I will never buy an onkyo product in my life, based on this upsetting experience. Specially very very poor service, (Vijay seals)
I am calling castmer care service frm few months and evry day reply is “ i will send service person today” and still i am waiting for service person’s today....

I have been to Reliance DIgital Vidya Nagar branch for purchase of ONKYO home theater on 3rd December 2015 at 4.40 pm. I request for the demonstration of the piece. It was very unfortunate that no body attended me even after several requests to the fellow sales persons. after 30 minutes of wait I left the place with regret....
