Company is asking to pay money to get pan card but does not submit application to income tax department.Isent document like pancard and adhar card to generate duplicate pancard.please take action so that there is no misuse of my document or my account....

I have applied for PAN details correction in https://online-pancard.com portal.
As per the portal instruction i have done everything.
Payment done towards service 499/ Rs.
Send the physical application along with proofs to the portal provide address.
Still date not yet received any status about my application or not yet get physical corrected copy of my PAN card....

I have applied pan updation in my name spelling correction, ORDER ID Cl160719-KTS3860 dispatched on[protected] received as per Speed Post No EM[protected]IN on[protected] but at www.online-pancard.com tracking it shows physical copy not received, writing mails and calling on contact no : [protected]/575 email : [protected]@online-pancard.com but getting no response i have paid Rs.499/- for the services.
It seems so this website is fake.br...

After that i sent a physical copy of the application to their address on 09/08/4019 by courier. It was received as per my courier tracking details on 13/08/2019 itself. Till now nobody is picking my phone and answering me so very bad....

This is sarat before last week i trying to change my pan card details i approached this website. They charge 500 rupees for that and they didn't mention i mean we need post physical documents throgh postal after payment thay mention. And i'm trying to reach them via mail and number they didn't respond. The worst service they providing.
