I have made an online purchase for Tatasky original remote and paid Rs.439 online via PayU. I did not get ang acknowledgement for my purchase and when I called them, they purposefully cut the call multiple times. I'm unable to reach them. I believe that this is a fraudulent company and deserves strict action immediately before they chest more people....

I had ordered a Tata sky remote on 17 January 2021, I still did not receive the remote. They are not picking up the call seems to be a fraud website. I am going to complaint about the website to cybercrime about this incident.

This online commercial website seems to be fraud as I have seen many complaint of same nature. I also ordered an airtel DTH remote from this website and paid in full. Order No. 1932 Dated 07 Nov 2020. Status of that is showing completed. I sent an email also on their customer care id [protected]@onlinedthservice.com and they replied that I ll get my remote in 2 to 3 days but they are not sharing any dispatch details.
