on 12th Dec 2017 we have paid Rs. 1890 & Rs.1890 through CANARA BANK
Net Banking to Install SUN DIRECT HD. For some reasons till today (20th DEC)
we have not get connection.Please CANCEL our ORDERS & REFUND Amount Rs.3780/-. Please issue the BEARER CHEQUE named M.RAJAMANICKAM.

I had ordered for a new dth connection to the vendor on 11.02.2016 via Pay u ( online payment). As per the vendor, the expected delivery date was 4 days from the date of online payment. The delivery has not been made till date.

I tried several times to call on their help line number but either it is not reachable or no one is there to pick the calls.
