I have received a call today on 27 apr 2020. From onlineworksjob, a girl named tanya sharma was speaking to me her contact no is [protected] saying we provide online work and told me to fill 800 forms in days.. And said if not complaintion. They will charge the the fees of 3999. I asked them 100 time. I will do this work dedicatedly. Then too if you as me something like this. I don't have anything to pay. They said ok. But now one of my friend send me information about this company naming fraud, then i realised something that i should back off, if with me also something happens like this advocate and all, then there's not my fault. They just did not mention about advocate and all and case file and all. I request with all my heart please save us from this company please. Now m not continuing this work because of all this details i got from google about this company named onlineworksjob. If tomorrow they calls me also about the fee and case, i am clearly not responsible.
I have tried calling on their every number provided but they didn't answered, their email id is [protected]@outllook.com and to complete that task in just 7 days is next to impossible.. For proof i have voice messages of that lady named tanya sharma. She took online signature from be then i got confused for a second, but that lady was constantly speaking not letting me to think twice. Thanks to my beloved friend who made me aware of it

Phir msne use call kiya to usne kaha ki agar ap project pura nai karoge to apko 6000 portal charge pay karna hoga..

The same thing happened with me as well, i got a call about online form fill work on 23rd march i thought as i am at home so why don't i tried that first i think the terms and condition is not acceptable for me so the girl named as kajal told me that is easy and i can do the form filling work easily, so i took the work, and fill 800 form in 7 days they also said if i could not abl to fill the form in given time frame with 90% accuracy then i need to pay the penalty and they also said if i need much time then 7 days so i need to call their 24/7 no but i filled the form within 7 days, also tried to contact them on numbers but they were not picking the call and today they sent me a mail on 2:33pm mentioned that i need to pay the amount before 3:00pm or else they will take legal actions.
Please help me sir i thought it is totally fraud.

Maine unhe msg krke bola ki mera registration cancel kr do. Prr ab unhone ye msg send kiya hai ki 20th april ko surat court me hearing hai. Please suggest me some solution.

I got a call that you want an online job, then I said that after that they asked me my WhatsApp number, after that they messaged me on WhatsApp that you send me your ID proof, then I sent my Aadhaar card to them, after that they asked me for my email So I gave that to them, after that they said that you log in to our website and this is your ID password and your If you have to fill 800 forms within a week, you will be given ₹ 28000 salary from 800 forms.After that you will have to give us our fee ₹ 4000, which we will deduct from your first salary, if you do not fill 720 form within 1 week, then you will have to pay ₹ 4000.

Today on 26th March'2020 I received a call from onlineworksjob regarding data entry job offer. First they say I do not need to pay anything initially all I have to submit my ID and digital sign a form.

As per the terms I read I was agreeing to work with. Post the discussion I was not assigned any work and the portal is taking too much time to response. Like this I would not be able to complete the work.

Before I started anything I tried to check online and found complaints against the same company and the agent Priya.

Now, when I requested to close the account she threatened me with if I'll receive the penalty do not say anything.

Now I am stuck. I wanted to work to earn but now I am ending with paying to them. Please help.
First she was replying to messages then when spoke to over the call she is not even attending the messages.

I tried to do online job at home. They sent 800 forms. sent an agreement on mail which i could not read bcz they were telling me on phone that how to do work. At the same time they sent some agreement.
The work is so tough, I said to quit the job they said u hv to pay penalty, I said no. they said legal action wud b taken.

I have not signed any agreement, still on talking to thsir advocate he cuts the call in between n says to come to court.Help me out I am stuck in this matter

I registered to their company with my aadhaar then the female employee of the company miss richa forced me to sign the digital documents without giving me the time to even read it and didn't even discuss all the terms and conditions about the work. Later i got a message that i was not working upto date, and have to pay 4000 as penalty. Then when i asked miss richa to help me and detuct the amount from the salary they are giving they completley disagree. And now i'm getting message from law firm that i have to pay around 28000 as penalty.

On 4 feb 2020 i got a call at around 12:20 pm from a person addressing him a worker of company named onlineworksjob. He offered me ₹28000 to do the work of form filling of 800 pages within 7 days and latter he gave me to have a digital sign in the agreement.in the agreement i was told that if i don't complete the work or don't maintain an accuracy of 90% i have to pay a compensation of ₹4000. And if i don't pay the amount i would have to face some legal actions.in the agreement, the advocate name was chetan d. Dhimar. As i realised that i won't be able to complete my task i told them and they threatened me to pay a sum of ₹6000 where nothing was mentioned about it in the agreement. So now i have been facing from mental harrasment

I was filling data entry form then i thought to search about this company & read that this company is completely fraud.I got a call by onlineworksjob & she named herself as pooja. i can not fill 800 forms in 7 days because website is slow. She told me you will get Rs.35/form for form filling work .Then she asaked my id proof and i send my voter id, she gave me a log in id and password, They are now threatening by messaging me that I'll have to pay 3999/- if I don't continue the work.

I got a call from number- +91 [protected] and the lady told me about this work and said i can earn upto rs.24000 and then i provided her my adhar card and my friend also joined this work and after that she provided us he login details. at starting that website is getting opened but now its not working and when i checked it on google its came to be a fraud one . Now that lady is not picking up my calls and as she sid if i didnt completed the work i need to pay Rs4000.
so plz help me to get out of this because only 3 days are left for work submission.

They send me a link and took my signature nd without informing the whole scenario of their terms & condition they assigned me work jbki mene toh unhe first day hi mna kr dia ki m nhi kar paungi kaam aap kisi ar ko de dijiye ise toh mna krne lge ar portal charges ke naam pe paise magne lage

This is a tip.

Please expose this fraud company which goes by the name of “onlineworkjobs”.

It is a gujarat based racket who calls up potential employment seekers to work from home on their fake data filling website. Neither their data is true nor intentions. They hire employees without asking for their qualification, typing skills, proficiency in english, without offering a job letter, nothing about them is professional. They don’t even tell you if their data is legal or not.

They just mention that you will be paid for ₹35/form, earning ₹28000 for 800 forms. One time payment of ₹3000 must be paid to the company. Sign digitally on their website during log in which shows no terms and conditions.

They will ask you to fill up 800 forms in span of 7 days with an accuracy of 90%. If not finished, they demand penalty or else threaten to take legal actions by filing a court case.

Their website’s software deliberately fails in midst of work and they don’t attend to complaints. Rather ask to pay the penalty as the work remains undone and unsaved.

Please let the citizens know of this scam because there are recently a lot of complaints online regarding the same.

We have to proceed legally and your case will be filed in surat session courts. Onlineworks job called me for online typing works for 2hours daily and in that i have to fill total of 800 forms in 7 days of 90% accuracy which is next to impossible and if i have not completed this work on time then i have to pay total of rs. 6, 000/- and they have send me one agreement copy to sign digitally through mail which have no seal and sign of their authorise person and all the pages of agreement are without seal and sign and not even digitally signed by their any authorise person. Then i asked them for mutually agreement digitally signed copy then they said me they will send me after my digital signature and till now i have not received any copy of mutually signed copy of their firm. Even no details are given of their company in that agreement. No registration number of company and now they are harassing me daily to pay rs. 6, 000/- for not completing my work. How can i complete my work without any proof of their digital sign or any details in agreement of their firm. Please help me out from this matter as they are regularly harassing me and forcing me to do the payment and telling me if i have not done the payment on time then they will raise complaint against me in court. Sir/mam this firm is doing cyber crime to others also and i think you already got many complaints against this firm so request you to please raise complaint against this firm on a higher level so the innocent people will be safe who needs money.

On 27th of dec 2019 i have got call from +91 [protected] to do a job of form filling in which i have to fill 1200 form in 8 days for which they will give me 18000 and deduct their 4000 registration from it. They took my adhar card and digital sign and used my signature in a fake agreement but their bad luck that there is no signature of mine in the agreement. Now today i have seen many scam video of this fraud on youtube of demanding money. So i messaged them that i cant work with you. Now they are pressurizing me that 'you cant quite this, you have to complete the work in the given time period and if you fill more than 120 forms incorrect then you have to pay the penalty of rs. 4000 or if you quite this job then still you have to pay this amount to break the agreement.' please help me.
