I ordered a polaroid camera for Rs.2249/- and I received wrong product that is sunset lamp and I didn't got any refund for that I want a refund...

I ordered camera from optical whose price is 2249 rupees in which i got wrong order in which sun light lamp came out please refund my money...

I have ordered opticam and paid 2249 Rs, but I have received sunset lamp. Please refund my amount. It looks like fraud. Please help me get my money back. I recieved a cheap sunset lamp instead of the camera i had ordered and have not been able to contact the company as their website is under maintenance and now officially gone....

I ordered their Polaroid camera product from an Instagram link and paid ₹1560 for their Opticam Instax product on 01/03/2023. Although i got a confirmation mail confirming my order, I didn't receive any shipping information yet and hence i subsequently mailed them as well. Now when i try to track my order their website is showing that they are under maintenance....

I have ordered opticam on 21 Feb but i received sun set lamp i have mail but no one replying i need my cash back or i need my camera which i have i ordered...

17 th feb 2023 I have odered opti cam india camera ( odr no 19932). On the date 22 feb 2023 i got the wrong item sun set lamp (odr no18591) . I’m registered returning optn .but i didn’t get any authorised mail confirmation or notification from your side. I want my cash back. And take the product too....

Hai, I have ordered for opticam Instax purple colour camera on Feb 16th and prepaid money 1560/-. But what i received in delivery is a led atmospheric lamp which I didn't even order.So kindly check upon this and allow me to return it as soon as possible. Please replace this with the correct product or refund the money....

I ordered a poloroid OptiCam instax camera for Rs1560 but instead I received a sun set lamp which is broken as well. Then I emailed the same to the email provided on their website and even lodged a complaint on their website but have not received any response till now. Also, I tried calling on the number provided on the website for customer care but that does number does not receive any incoming calls....

Instead of camera and printer they sended 2 used lamps and no contact from them they are literally scamming people out there...

The order was delivered through an ekart delivery services and the order was a COD the order was for rupees 2290 and it was paid. The package that i received was having a sunset lamp instead of the opticam instax camera and when i tried contacting the number was not reachable. I request a refund and right action should...

We have booked a camera and have done the transaction of Rs 2149 with OptiCam India

They are doing fraud and cheating customers using razor pay

Kindly look into this and please initiate a chargeback/reverse transaction from the above account and transfer back to [protected]@icici
