they are return me mail that they are unable to send me item, now they are not refund my money

I ordered a clock in order2india website but they didn't send it and I called them many times they are keep on telling that person is not here ...it's hurts ...it's ordered on Nov 20 and paid.. please take some action against it .. ordered and delivery details I will mention below .. please do some favour I will be great thank full for you ..
