Slip receiving date is 27NOV2012 but not any respose till date..

WE ARE SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT THE BRANCH OFFICE, ORIENTAL INSURANCE CO.LTD; NACHARAM, HYDERABAD IS ACCUMULATING POLICIES IN LARGE NUMBERS DUE TO THEIR INERTIA AND LAZINESS AND LEISURELY AT THEIR OWN CONVENIENCE SENDING THE DETAILS TO T.P.A. PUNE IN BUNCHES/CLUSTERS FOR ISSUING THE CARDS INSTEAD OF FORWARDING THE DETAILS ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS TO THEM. The oriental Insurance co.Ltd is Fraud insurance company,
As i have experinece today.
As i have received my policy details and Cashless card on 17.05.10 and my PHS ID -OI MUM 20399781
Valid Upto : 18.02.2011.
As per rules and condition minimum period and vallidity of policy should be one year.
I have put a claim in the month of 13.05.10 (May'2010), and also received policy cashless card on 18.05.10,...
