OTP didn’t fulfill my order as well as wallet money. Whom to escalate in government?...

Order number[protected] has been auto cancelled and undelivered since September 2021! When will I get a refund to my original payment method???...

An order placed on 5th Nov 21 was not delivered within the stipulated time and for next 24 hours even after follow ups every 2 hours. It was requested to cancel the order and refund the amount around 5 pm on 6th Nov 21, which as per the phone executive was processed. However the refund has still not come into my account even after 16 days. The executives have stopped responding to my calls now. The order number was[protected]...

Non deliivery of order, no customer support to complaint, no option to cancel order.
Order was placed with delivery slot on 13th Nov, so far no delivery. No update l, no response while logged complaint on website. No option to cancel the order.
Customer care number is never responded by anyone.

It's a fraud company....

The 2 orders :[protected] & 10628704, I have not either received the order neither refund initiated.
The amount pending is 171 + 86.
Also even if they refund the next order does not arrive...

First time placing order :
Arakere delivery point took the order on 28th October and has not delivered yet.
Is it fraud company? If so, can we approach consumer court?...

I ordered grocery items on 20th October and haven't got the items till date as on 8th November. Fortunately I ordered only for Rs 303/-, however on calling the customer support, they neither have a ticket raising tool, nor know how to revert the money to my wallet or the credit card. The guy told there is no supervisor/manager to assist, as if the company is run by fraudsters only....

Yesterday I had ordered veggies n other items. Order was accepted and transaction went through. Made payment through Google pay. Till now nothing has been delivered. The customer care number is not answering throughout the day. It is surely a fraud company if it's not delivering and customer care is not answering. I have also heard fom ppl who I had recommended earlier that mnay orders have not been delivered. They hv cheated many people....

Recently, OTP carried a full page newpaper advertisement on 31-Oct-2021 about their Franchise scheme and offerred deep discounts on some vegetables and non-veg items.

Thousands of people across Bangalore including ordered items on their mobile APP and pre-paid for them online. Their APP said it will be delivered the same day - however not delivered to-date. Visited one of the OTP express shop nearby and was told its closed...

TODAY YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE REFUSED TO DELIVER THE ORDERED VEGETABLES SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DELIVER IN MULTI STORIED HOUSES, OUR HOUSE IS ON FIRST FLOOR AND CONTACT LESS DELIVERY CAN BE MADE BY CLIMBING 10 STEPS. THE DELIVERT BOY COMPLAINED TO SOME ONE AND HE TOLD THEM DIFFEREBT STORY THAT A DOG IS THERE. THE MIDDLE GATE TO THE FIRST FLOOR IS CLOSED AND OUR PET CANNOT GO DOWN. We get lots of parcels and all keep the material...

It's been more than 2 months still not received the product ordered which was supposed to be delivered in a day time. Tried calling and raising the complaints multiple time but they would acknowledge the complaint but not resolve it. It's a fraudulent online seller...

Today morning I ordered few items in OTP express application, there is a delivery time of 6 to 8 pm. Till now I not recieved. I contacted to customer care number also, there is no reply from your side, please resolve my complaint. My order I'd is enclosed at the end...

Online order no.[protected] was created on company's mobile application on 20th Oct. The order did not get delivered. Refund pending from the company. No response on company's customer care no....

An order placed at 11 AM with a delivery slot between 2 -4 pm yet to be delivered as of 6.15 pm.Looks like OTP Express is fake, customer care nos does not respond, one if the nos provided fir contact seems to be a Bengal nos and looks fake

I have not received my order it’s still in processing it’s been 8 hrs I’m becoming frustrated...

They did not delivery the product but it shows order completed my 2000 ₹ worth product is not delivered yet.
Worst customer service nd customer support team is not responding.
Please take an action against this fraud company...

Two of my online order refunds are pending for more than 2 weeks, no response to calls made to customer service, no response to emails sent to them. Shop is also closed where you can go and check the status of the order. Understand they are not paying salaries to their staff or rent to shops what they have rented. Their operations teams is worst of the lot and no one responds to the calls or messages. I think they are cheating public, their...

In OTP express, I placed an order for vegetables and groceries on 16 September with the order number[protected]. Received only half of the items and remaining amount is credited to OTP wallet. After it got credited, app is not allowing to book any item online. After I got tried of trying online, I went to in-store. People who are in-store are totally unaware of online. Order value : Rs.442/- Not delivered the items and refund is not arranged. Accessing of Phone of customer care is very difficult. Every time they will tell refund will be arranged within 24 hours/48 hours. That hour never came....

I placed an order for vegetables and fruits on the 17th September looking at an ad in TOI. After several calls half of the order got delivered. Total value of the order INR 171. Missing items value-INR 107. Called several times for refund after a long hold their staff picks the call and puts it on hold endlessly. Surely customers are taken for a ride here. No refund yet....

The product was expected to deliver by noon, but no update

There is no option to cancel the order as well, since they don't have the refund option, If I cancel the order the money will be in the wallet, That means the money is with them only

It looks they offers are just to collect money from customers...

Payment done.. fed-up OTP....

I had placed 3 orders on 19th Sep 2021. But even after 4 days, the order is not delivered. Customer representatives kept on bluffing saying it will be delivered by 3 PM, by EOD, tomorrow, but it never happened.

Extremely pathetic service from OTPXpress. The Naganathapura store mentioned in the OTPXpress application was closed.

Fed up of OTP express ...they take orders, tk the money nad don't deliver ... Terribly disgusting service. So difficult to get their number. Finally git them and they siad they'll deliver today but nothing has come 8 pm. Delivery time given was 10 am to 12 pm ... There is no responsible person to complain to. The owner of this franchise should be pulled up. No contact number of anyone... No one order from here ... Terrible experience from...
