my relatives had sent few documents through overnite courier on 15 Feb from Rohtak Haryana and AB no is [protected]. when i checked online it is showing that courier reached Pune on 17 Feb and today its 26 Feb but it is not delivered to me till now. I tried calling their helpline numbers alsos but there is no reply....

I BELONG TO TEZPUR,ASSAM.TODAY AT AROUND 12.45 PM MY MOTHER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM YOUR TEZPUR SERVICE PROVIDER TELLING THAT THEY HAVE AN ARTICLE IN HER NAME.THEY ASKED HER TO COLLECT THE SAME IMMEDIATELY,ELSE THEY WOULD RETURN IT BACK.TAHT IS HOW THEY THREANED HER.I MYSELF WENT TO THE PROVIDER AND SAW THE PACKET IN MY MOTHERS NAME.AS I HAVE SOME ENGAGEMENTS OUT SIDE MY HOME I ASK THEM TO DELIVER IT...

Train ticket not received yet
Though the ticket is booked on 09/08/2008, the ticket is not received yet.The PNR No.[protected] with the Transaction ID no.[protected] could not get any response either from the Track your ticket or from the courier web site as they are non-functional since I started trying to contact them....
