Refund of security deposit

Hi,

It's more than a month now since I moved out... and I haven't goty refund ...

Nobody answer the customer care phones and no replies on my email

Can someone help me if I should register the FIR or court case ???

Room Shifting and Relocation

Hi,

I have checked out of my oyolife 524 property in february. According to their policy, i should have got my refund within 10-15 days. But even after more than 3 months and more than 15 emails, i have not received my security refund. I have also called around 10 times on their customer care number. But it is of no use. I joined oyo life on october 9, 2019. At the time of registration i paid 11500 as security deposit. Later the property oyolife del 2006, dwarka got shut down and there was notice issued till 6 th of feb. I moved out before the due date and it was assured through the email that the security money will be returned within 15 workings days but it hasn’t come till date. 1st notice raised on 2.01.2020 service id 32788. Moveout date 04.02.2020.
Automatically cancelled without intimation. Had to pay for extra notice period, around 6000 rupess.

2nd notice raised 21.01.2020 service id 37288. Moveout date 21.02.2020

Moved out on 05.02.2020, informed by mail as well as to the supervisor.

I am sorry to say that oyolife is an example of fraud organisation. As per my security deposit concern they haven't been refunded yet inspite of numerous calls, mails. rude and threatening behavior of oyo operations manager

This is regarding room booking in OYOLIFE(booking of 66393 and token id 1233) for Bangalore location.

I have paid token money of Rs 999(token id 1233) while blocking a private room for OYOLIFE1661 yesterday around 10 pm.

I got a message to call in a number for further process (customer care). I called in that number and was instructed to call in another number(given by customer care representative)...

regarding booking

I have booked bed on oyolife property in pun698 in pune
When i had visited that property that time oyolife manager said you can live in 3899 rs with all facilities like washing machine wifi so i decided to book a bed in oyo life after booking company sent an agreement
After few days i checked in my room and after 3 4 days company demands extra 290 rs for common area maintenance charges. Which is not mentioned in agreement....
